THE MOBILE PHONE CONGRESS
When the experts said that the mobile phone congress it was being canceled, everyone has criticized this decision. But, if this encounter would have been done, the coronavirus would have spred faster than it has. So, maybe if we had thought that they were looking for the future, we would not have criticized them as we did. But, the mobile phone congress, could not have been done by video conferencing? I suppose it wasn't the same, though something could have been saved. I don’t know anything about this, but I think so, maybe they expected that possibility and they doesn’t see it feasible. I don’t know, but I suppose that they expect that possibility and they decided that this wasn’t possible.
